Empower Capital’s ideal target company has a profitable track record, strong ownership profile with undisputed personal and business integrity. It has potential for leadership position, revenue growth and competitively advantaged business model alongside solid financial reporting.

We find it particularly attractive if the company is managed by an experienced team, presents opportunities for vertical and/or horizontal integration, and regional expansion, and generates annual turnover in the range EUR 3 – 25 million.
